SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL LEARNING: INTEGRATING CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE MODEL IN ONLINE LEARNING

Abstract

The paper is conceptual literature. The goal to describe the model of learning, social and emotional learning by integrating culturally responsive teaching in online learning in higher education level. In actuality, students struggle with negative emotions that obstruct their learning, such as anxiety, loneliness, a lack of excitement, a lack of confidence and also the condition of online learning because of pandemic covid 19. Students will be exposed to an inclusive learning environment as a result of integrating SEL and CRT into the curriculum, resulting in equitable participation in academic debates and positive SEL outcomes.
