Authors Guideline

AUGUST 15, - SEPTEMBER 6, 2025 PERIOD

Full paper submissions after the conference committee declare acceptance without and suggestions for abstract revisions; during the period of August 15th - September 6th, delegates/participants can submit full papers according to the template and it via the dashboard (log in first) to this system.

The PPT file for the presentation must be submitted to Committee of IC-BioTEStA 2025, email : ic-biotesta@unisma.ac.id.

 

This conference proceedings is published by Bio Web Conference, indexed by SCOPUS.

Author Guidelines

The 1st International Conference on Biological Technology and Engineering for Sustainable Nature

1. Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.

  • Authors are strongly advised to have their manuscripts carefully checked by an English-speaking colleague or a professional editing service before submission.

2. Title

  • The title must appear at the top of the article.

  • It should be specific, descriptive, concise, and comprehensible to readers outside the subject field.

  • Please avoid abbreviations and writing the title in all capital letters.

3. Authors and Affiliations

  • Provide the first and last names of all authors.

  • Include complete affiliations: department, university/organization, city, state/province, and country.

4. Abstract

  • The abstract should clearly state the main objective(s) of the study.

  • It must be informative, highlighting the main results and conclusions.

5. Introduction

  • Provide background that places the study in context.

  • Clearly state the purpose and significance of the study.

  • Define the problem addressed and explain why it is important.

6. Figures and Tables

  • If reproducing figures/tables from another publication, cite the original source and obtain permission from the author(s) and publisher.

  • Each figure and table must be cited in the text and accompanied by a clear caption.

  • The number of figures and tables is not limited; however, they should be necessary, non-redundant, and well designed.

7. References

  • Ensure that all references are accurate and complete.

  • References must be listed at the end of the manuscript.

  • Comments and notes are generally not allowed in the reference list; they may be placed as footnotes.

  • The allowed number of references is 15.

8. Manuscript Length

  • The manuscript must not exceed 9 pages, including text, figures, tables, and references.

9. Publication

  • Accepted papers will be published in Bio Web of Conferences, which is indexed by SCOPUS.
