INTERNALIZING STUDENT’S CHARACTER THROUGH INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION OF PROPHET BRAHIM

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate how Ibrahim conducted the communication through his da’wah especially with his son, Ismail. Based on his interpersonal communication has found some methods in learning process and how student’s character was internalized. The study used library research approach. The data collected from many bibliographies to identify how Ibrahim build his interpersonal communication. The analyzed by using content analysis. The result showed that from interpersonal communication of Ibrahim found many methods in learning process. Such as; dialogue method, discussion method, informative communication method, persuasive communication method, instructive communication method, Q and A method, love method and reward method. Besides, also found some way to internalized students character through interpersonal communication.
