INDIKASI POTENSI KOPERASI DALAM PENINGKATAN EKONOMI RAKYAT MENGGUNAKAN IMPORTANCE AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential of cooperatives in improving people's economy in the city of Malang. Samples taken with proposive sampling technique with kreteria have been members of cooperatives at least 3 years and are the people's economic actors to examine 5 demands of service quality which include: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Descriptive analysis with guided data result of in-depth interview. Group discussions, and IPA analysis (Key Performance Analysis) by utilizing Cartesius diagrams were conducted to assess and analyze. The level of service performance provided by the cooperative in accordance with the level of importance of the freezers of the populist economy who become members. The analysis shows the level of conformity between performance with the highest level of importance that reached 96.9 percent. As for strategies that can be done for the future of its role is increasing: increasing the intensity of communication between board with members either through formal or informal rides.
