HE TREASURES OF ISLAM IN CULTURE VALUES FRAME ON COASTAL SOCIETY TO EFFICACY NATIONAL INTEGRITY

Abstract

Islam is mayority religion of Indonesian. In manifestation, Islam became one of the guidances of life for the people of Indonesia who knit in a frame of culture whose quantity is very large also in Indonesia. Cultural values ​​that exist in one culture will have usefulness especially if it is in synergy with religious elements adopted by the community. It will be able to strengthen the integrity of a culture to continue to be a form in the behavior and of course also as a form of identity of a culture of Indonesian society without eliminating the existing religious peculiarities. Based on the description, the purpose of this research is to see how Nadran Tradition that exist in Cirebon coastal community as a form of culture that hold fast to the existing religious principles. Nadran tradition is a culture that is owned by most of coastal community of Cirebon as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT, in the course of this nadran tradition is one thing that is polytheist, will the community leaders can convince this activity away from misguided activities that have become stereotypes. local communities. And this tradition can be a person's faith for the Creator, even in the implementation can add strength solidarity, togetherness, mutual cooperation, and kinship. The strength that Islam's doctrine has shown to the culture built by society brings the positive inherent in the existing cultural values. Therefore, Islam that brings peace and unity among the ummah can be realized in a frame of nadran tradition existing in coastal communities and strengthen Islam as a religion that Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin.
