ANALYSIS OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN THE ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF MALANG

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the education management system at the TPA or Day Care Graha Asuh Anak Sholih UNISMA, the position of the researcher here as a planner, data collector, and originator of the results of the research, The analytical method used in this research is the Case Study Method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that Graha Asuh Anak Sholih UNISMA has carried out management, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and monitoring. Satisfactory results have been obtained, but less in terms of the number of human resources.
