NILAI-NILAI KARAKTER BANGSA DALAM CERPEN MAJALAH CILUKBA SEBAGAI MEDIA PENANAMAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the values ​​of the nation's character found in children's short stories in Cilukba magazine. As a Muslim children's magazine, Cilukba provides several attractions as a learning companion both at home and at school, introducing and equipping children in character education. Each issue always includes short children's stories which are not only entertaining but also a requirement that there isno dulce et utile. The data of this research are two children's short stories in the 53rd edition of Cilukba magazine in September and the 54th edition in the October issue of 2019. Data collection was carried out by literature study and content analysis techniques or content analysis. The method used is descriptive qualitative which describes writing based on the content of literary works with the aim of describing and explaining data analysis in detail and in detail. The results showed that the children's short stories in Cilukba magazine contain national character values ​​related to moral and character education. This is related to the finding of quotes that can illustrate good values ​​in the short story. The stories written by adults in this short story describe the problems of life in general and contain education and character values ​​including responsibility, religion, independence, discipline, and hard work.
