KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MODERASI AGAMA DI MTS MAARIF NU KOTA BLITAR

Abstract

There are still quite a lot of incidents that occur in society based on issues of diversity and diversity of religions, ethnicities, cultures, groups and various other pluralities. Public awareness to respect each other, respect, tolerance for the existence above still needs to be improved. The process of internalizing the values of diversity in diversity is a serious issue to be addressed and followed up on through its actions in a structured, systemic and programmed manner in a systematic and sustainable manner. Madrasas are one of the units that has a great opportunity to serve as a place to prepare future generations who are superior, resilient and survive in a diverse (multi-cultural) society. The important role of the madrasa head as the captain of the institution is to continue to strive to develop the internalization of the values of moderation as a concrete form of preparing this future generation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the headmaster of MTs Maarif NU Kota Blitar in developing religious moderation. This study used a qualitative approach and type of case study research through observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive techniques through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are: Madrasah principals develop religious moderation by establishing policies, formulating religious moderation concepts, implementation and continuous control.
