MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH SMAN 8 KOTA MALANG DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN PAI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

In this study, it is focused on how the principal plans, organizes, implements, monitors and evaluates the learning process during the Covid-19 period. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the social phenomena that occurred in SMAN 8 Malang related to the management of school principals in learning pies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The techniques used to obtain data were interview and observation techniques. The subjects in this study were the principal and teachers of Islamic Religious Education at SMAN 8 Malang. While the analysis of research data using interactive techniques Milles and Huberman, namely data collection, data presentation, data condensation and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data using internal and external audit techniques. The hadil of this research is the principal of SMAN 8 Malang City utilizes management functions in realizing Islamic Religious Education learning by going through the stages of planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating.
