Abstract

This study aims to find out how the education management system at the Thursina IIBS, the position of the researcher here as a planner, data collector, and originator of the results of the research, The analytical method used in this research is the Case Study Method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that Thursina IIBS has carried out management, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and monitoring. Satisfactory results have been obtained.
