Self-regulated Learning: Watching Videos and Listening to Music while Studying Falls into Which Type of Self-regulation?

Abstract

ABSTRACTMany Many activities can be said to be self-regulated learning, but there are still many students who do not know whether the activities/habits they carry out during the learning process are included in self-regulated learning. Using interview techniques, 2 students studying at a university in Malang shared their habits during the learning process. Where one of them watched videos to relieve boredom while she studying. While other students also do the same thing, but sometimes apart from watching videos, they even listen to music. Therefore, this research discusses watching videos and listening to music as self-regulation learning. This research was also written to discuss watching videos and listening to music in which category of self-regulation?
